OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
“MARCH 8TH, 8 IvaRG”

1. Contest Organizer

The contest is organized by Ivatherm S.A., with headquarters in Romania, Bucharest Municipality, District 1, Ermil Pangratti Street no. 30A, 3rd floor, with Unique Registration Code (CUI) RO12408721 and Trade Register registration number J40/9125/2012, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

The contest takes place exclusively on the Instagram platform, on the official accounts @ivatherm and @rucsandrahurezeanu.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Contest Duration

The contest runs from March 8, 2026 – March 15, 2026, 23:59 (Romanian time).

Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

The winners will be announced on March 16, 2026, via:

  • a comment on the contest post;
  • a Story published on @ivatherm and @rucsandrahurezeanu accounts.

3. Right to Participate

Only the following may enter the contest:

  • Individuals with domicile/residence in Romania;
  • Who are at least 18 years old on the start date of the contest;
  • Who have an active Instagram account;
  • Who comply with all participation steps mentioned below.

Employees of the Organizer or partners directly involved in the contest, as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate.

4. Conditions for Participation

To participate in the contest, users must:

  1. Follow the @ivatherm Instagram account;
    2. 2. Follow the @rucsandrahurezeanu account;
  2. Comment on the contest post with the answer to the question: "What does self-love mean to you?"
  3. In the same comment, tag a friend who might be interested in the contest.

A participant can comment multiple times, but:

  • each comment must contain a different answer and a different tagged person;
  • spam (repetitive or identical comments) is not accepted.

5. Prize Offered

8 prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a complete IvaRG routine, which includes:

  • IvaRG Regenerating Day Cream SPF30
  • IvaRG Regenerating Eye Contour Cream
  • IvaRG Regenerating Night Cream

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.

6. Designation and Validation of Winners

The 8 winners will be chosen by random draw, using a specialized application, from among the participants who have complied with all the mentioned conditions.

The list of winners will be published on March 16, 2026:

  • in a comment on the contest post;
  • in Stories on the @ivatherm account

Winners must send a direct message (DM) to @ivatherm within 48 hours of the announcement.

If a winner does not respond within the specified deadline or does not comply with the participation conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct a new draw.

7. Processing of Personal Data

By participating in the contest, users express their consent to the processing of the personal data provided (Instagram username, delivery details – if applicable), strictly for the purpose of carrying out the contest, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data will not be used for other purposes and will not be transmitted to third parties without the express consent of the data subject.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries;
  • Technical problems of the Instagram platform;
  • Fake or fraudulent accounts;
  • Non-compliance with the conditions of these rules.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the contest any participant who has cheated or affected the proper conduct of the contest.

9. Other Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules, with prior public notification by updating the description of the contest post or via a Story.
