Roots in the medical world
I grew up surrounded by healthcare professionals. With a doctor father and a pharmacist mother, my path was, naturally, one of science and care for people. I studied medicine in Bucharest and economics in Paris, obtained a doctorate in medical sciences, and for several years, worked in marketing and sales for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Romania and France. This dual training, scientific and business, taught me something essential: a good product is not just a correct formula, but a solution that reaches the people who truly need it.

An ever-growing need, an ever-deeper impact
Throughout my career, I've closely observed a worrying phenomenon: the constant increase in skin conditions, especially those affecting sensitive skin. Up to 85% of teenagers experience acne, and over 20,000,000 people suffer from rosacea annually in Europe. Beyond the numbers, however, I saw something else: the huge emotional impact of a skin imbalance—lack of confidence, social withdrawal, the frustration of not finding a solution that truly works.
I wanted to change this reality. To offer people safe and effective products, recommended by dermatologists, that are reliably accessible and deliver visible results. I sought a way to combine the latest scientific discoveries with the power of nature—and thus, the vision of Ivatherm was born.
The meeting that turned a vision into reality
That vision took shape during the meeting with Alain Fructus, a renowned French cosmetologist and former president of the French Association of Cosmetology. His lifelong experience in the science of skincare inspired Ivatherm's key brand concept: combining innovation with tradition. Together, we laid the foundations for a philosophy that remains the heart of the brand today — products born at the intersection of scientific rigor and the wisdom of nature.
